Waylon Clay Metz, 47, of Petal, MS, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, at his residence. Born on November 20, 1977, in Biloxi, Mississippi, Waylon was a beloved son, brother, and fiancé. He is survived by his father, Howard Metz, and mother, Martha Joiner Metz. He leaves behind his brother, Josh Metz, and sister-in-law, Adellia, as well as his cherished nieces, Madison and Zoie Metz. Waylon was engaged to Tabitha Edwards, and he was looking forward to a future with her and their children, Justin, Amber, Maddy, and Curt.
