Vanoy Graham, 89 of Ellisville, passed away at home on July 22, 2026, after a recent diagnosis of leukemia. He is survived by his daughter Janice Rosser (fiancé David Rushton), grandson Graham Rosser, brother Warren Graham, sister-in-law Helen Jernigan, essentially his adopted daughter Beth Rosser Reynolds, many nephews, nieces, cousins and great friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Hugh and Lucille Graham, wife Frances Minter Graham, and sister Eldna Humphries.

One could throw a stone and likely hit someone who knew him. He was the person you hoped for in a friend. Everyone who knew him, was aware of his talent as a guitarist and his love of telling “tall tales”. His work ethic was tireless, his selflessness unmistakable, and his love for life and family unconditional.

Visitation will be held at Ellisville Funeral Home from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on July 24, 2026. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM. There will be no graveside service due to an abundance of caution during July’s weather. He will be laid to rest at Minter Cemetery in Ellisville. Brother Jimmy Barber will officiate.

Pallbearers will be David Keyes, Mike Humphries, Freddie Pittman, Jeff Pittman, Cody Barber, Joey Crosby and Robert Emmons.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Charles Hollingshead, Glen Graham, Jack Busby and David Schultz.

The family has requested no donations or flowers.
