Ulysis Johnson, 78, of Ellisville, MS, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Landmark of Collins in Collins, Mississippi. Ulysis was born on August 12, 1947, he lived a long and fulfilling life.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Authur Johnson and Vera Johnson. Sisters Gladys Lynch, Brother In Law Clifford Lynch and Bernice Johnson. Sister In Law Faith Johnson.

He is survived by his wife Glenda Johnson; sisters, Barbara Cooley (Thomas); brother Curtis Johnson. A host of nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 24,2026 at 2:00PM, at Ellisville City Cemetery in Ellisville, Mississippi. Bro. Ken Hembree will officiate the services. Arrangements are under the care of Ellisville Funeral Home.
