Terry Freeman Abbey, 65, of Ellisville, MS, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi. He was born Saturday, June 20, 1953 in Ellisville, MS.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi and again on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Laurel, MS. Funeral services will be follow at the church at 3:00PM. Bro. Brandon Wilson and Bro. Johnny Bryant will officiate. Interment will be in Ellisville City Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Estes Freeman Abbey and Helen Ray Abbey and grandparents, Floyd Earl and Montroy Katherine Abbey and Eva and Samuel Sumrall.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Taylor Abbey; son, Allan Abbey (Angie), Bay Springs, MS; grandchildren, Samantha Abbey and Jamie Abbey; brother, Danny Abbey (Lynda), Ellisville, MS; sister, Wanda Lawrence, Ellisville, MS and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Allan Taylor, Opie Taylor, Rustin Rounsaville, Ray Holifield, Wayne Windham and Carlos Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jarrod Thompson, Jamie Strickland, David Flowers, and Jimmy Dale Taylor.
