Shirley Annette Phillips passed away peacefully on February 23rd, 2024, and was surrounded by her loving family. Shirley (Nana) was born on January 25, 1936. She was a member of Glade Baptist Church and loved spending time with her family.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 9:30AM until 11:00AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 11:00AM at Ellisville Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mill Creek Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi.

Bro. Jimmy Hood will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797.

She was preceded in death by brothers R.L. Pitts, Jim Pitts, Kenny Bates, sister Marie Sims, and granddaughter Courtney Phillips.

Shirley was blessed with a loving family and leaves behind her husband, Frank (Bo) Phillips of 73 years; her cherished children Deleica (Jack) Smith, Becky (Roger) Pruitt, Alvin (Debbie) Phillips, and Sherry (Ricky) Dykes; her cherished grandchildren, Liz (Jim Bob) Brock, Natalie Herndon, Sunny (Dean) Jeffcoats, Kasey Sherman, Jason Dykes, Jeremy (Jackie) Philips, Hannah Buffington, and Natalie ( Michael) Brand; her 15 treasured great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, her brother, Glen (Edna) Pitts, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Shirley was blessed with loving care that was provided by a host of talented ladies that expressed love, care, and devotion on a daily basis.

Pallbearers will be Jason Dykes, Kyle Mauldin, Joe Pruitt, Justin Brownlee, Frankie Walters, and Jason Holder.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mitchell Craft.
