Sarita Lynn Mills, 52 of Ellisville, MS passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024, at her residence in Ellisville, MS. She was born Thursday, July 27, 1972, in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Ellisville Funeral Home in 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 10:00AM at Ellisville Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ellisville City Cemetery in Ellisville, Mississippi. Sarita Mills was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, love grandmother, sister, friend, and compassionate nurse who touched countless lives. She worked many years at Jones Junior College and later found a new passion as a LPN, dedicating herself to caring for the elderly. Sarita spent her later career at Jones County Rest Home and Magnolia Gardens, where she formed close bonds with the residents, their families, and colleagues. Her warmth and kindness brought comfort and companionship to those she served.

Sarita found immense joy in her two grandchildren, who were her pride and delight, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her life was filled with love and laughter, shared with her husband, three adoring daughters, and a close-knit circle of family and friends who cherished her deeply. Sarita's presence was a gift to all who knew her, and her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of those who miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Albert Dewayne Rowzee; father-in-law, Ruben Wilson Mills; Nephew Adam Burns.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Ruben David Mills;  daughters, Brooklyn Alexis Mills Miller (Rachel), Lakyn Alizabeth Mills Perry (Brandon) and Anna Grace Mills;  father, Albert Harold Rowzee; mother, Mary Ellen Robertson Rowzee; brother, Malcolm Harold Rowzee (Carmen); sister, Alisa Ellen Rowzee Williams (Eric); granddaughters, Saylor McKinley Perry and Sawyer Karoline Perry; A host of  Nieces and Nephews; mother-in-law, Charlotte Faye Jones (James); sister-in-law's, Deana Faith Burns (Greg), Donna Hope Mills and Dedra Love Perry (Chris).
