Sandra Brunson Register was born October 1, 1952, in Laurel, Mississippi, and passed away

Sunday, June 23, 2024, in Ellisville.

Sandra was a lifelong resident of Jones County where she raised her children and lived a life of service to the Lord. An active member of Tuckers Crossing Baptist Church, she served with deep dedication and a passion for missions, especially Operation Christmas Child.

Sandra was a doer. She spent many hours in her beautiful yard. She had a green thumb which was evident by gorgeous flowers displayed throughout her property. Sandra was thrifty, a letter writer, and "keeper of all things." She loved others well with her generous acts of service. Every year Sandra looked forward to serving in the South Mississippi Fair ministry.

A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Sandra was everyone's biggest cheerleader. She was always present and supportive – attending ballgames, birthday parties, mission events, and graduations. She was loyal and committed to her growing family and could always be trusted to show up! Sandra finished what she started and did it with excellence.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Brunson; mother, Alice Grantham; stepfather, Vernon Grantham; and brother, Charles Murray. She is survived by her sister, Irene Bernard; daughter, Rena Register; son, Anthony Register (Kristen); grandchildren, Zachary Register (Gabby), Aubrey Register, and Toby Register; great grandchild, Maverick Register.

Services for Sandra will be at Tuckers Crossing Baptist Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 27, at 2:00 pm at Tuckers Crossing Baptist Church. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797.
