Sam Lynch Westmoreland, 80, of Ellisville, Mississippi, passed away, Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at his residence in Ellisville, Mississippi. He was born Wednesday, August 13, 1941 in Ellisville, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Ellisville Funeral Home and the burial will follow in Sunset Gardens. Bro. Johnny Bryant will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Dutch Westmoreland (Father), his sons, Sam Westmoreland Jr. and Casey Lynch Westmoreland as well as eleven 11 siblings.

Survivors include his sons, Thomas Glen Westmoreland and Cassidy Westmoreland, his grandsons, Colby Westmoreland, Cenan Westmoreland, Casey Westmoreland, Sam David Westmoreland, Charles Culpepper, Bryson Prescott, his granddaughters, Keyoria Westmoreland, Natalie Westmoreland and Mary Casen Prescott, one sister, Linda Chamblee (Jaris), nieces, Sarah Graham (Mike), Shelia Ann Windham (Wayne) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Colby Westmoreland, Chris Hurtt, Mark Smith, Eddie Busby, Tyler Busby and John Bolton.
