Ruby Naomi Parker, 87, of Ellisville, Mississippi, died Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Jones County Rest Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. She was born Thursday, September 17, 1931 in Waynesboro, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 31, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Ellisville Funeral Home and the Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery. Bro. Jerry East will officiate. Ruby was married to the love of her life for 58 years. She loved gardening, visiting and taking care of her family. She worked at Reliance and Ellisville State School.

She was preceded in death by Eugene Parker (Husband), Percy H. Smith (Father), Mary Smith (Mother), Mary Barnes (Sister), Mattie Parker (Sister), Junior Smith (Brother).

Survivors include David Eugene Parker (Diane) (Son), Gary Daniel Parker (Rhonda) (Son), Rodney Parker (Kendall) (Grandson), Chelsa Johnson (Michael) (Granddaughter), Mary Ann Parker (Granddaughter), Ella Parker (Great-granddaughter), Makayla Johnson (Great-granddaughter), Makenna Johnson (Great-granddaughter), Don Smith (Barbara) (Brother), John Smith (Linda) (Brother).

Pallbearers will be Rodney Parker, Michael Johnson, Colon Rowell, Lavon Rowell, Nicky Howell, and Gary Parker.
