Robert "Moose" Earl Anderson, 83, of Ellisville, MS, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Born on August 31, 1942, in Ellisville, Mississippi, Robert spent his life in the community he loved.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Mary Margaret Collins Anderson, and his loving daughter, Michelle Anderson-Jones, along with her husband Sonny. Robert was a cherished grandfather to Cody Anderson (LeighAnn), Caleb Miller (Hannah), Philip Kersh, and Chase Kersh (Kylie), and a proud great-grandfather to Kadence Anderson, Collin Miller, Chancellor Miller, Brooklyn Miller, Kinley Kersh, Carson Kersh, Marley Kersh, Ashton Anderson, and Camden Anderson. He is also survived by his sisters, Patti Anderson (Windell), Frances Berry, and Faye Riggs. special friends, Kelvin Knotts and Don Turner.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Earl T. Anderson and Lena Bond Anderson, his brother Amos Anderson, his sisters Peggy Vanderford (Bob) and Sara Lowery (Jet), and his brothers-in-law Wayne Berry and Bob Riggs.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home, located at 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the same location, with Bro. Richard Clark and Philip Kersh officiating. Burial will take place at Lake Park Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi. Arrangements are being handled by Ellisville Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends, Cody Anderson, Caleb Miller, Philip Kersh, Chase Kersh, Kelvin Knotts, and Don Turner.
