Phillip John Hawk, 63 of Ellisville, MS passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at the Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born Friday, September 19, 1958 in Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Clarence and Katherine Hawk; his brother Dennis Hawk.
Phillip is survivor by his sisters, Martha Douzart; Carmen Seiler and sister-in-law, Patricia Hawk. Phillip is also survived by seven nieces and three nephews.
