Peggy Joyce Flowers, 87 of Ellisville, MS passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at South Central Regional Medical Center. She was born Monday, August 30, 1937, in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 9:30AM until 10:30AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 10:30AM at Ellisville Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Jordan Cemetery in Ellisville; MS. Dr. Greg Gavin will officiate. Mrs. Peggy was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother and great-grandmother. She spent countless hours, cooking, sewing, and baby-sitting for her family. Most importantly she loved her Lord. Her love for Him was reflected in her servant heart, kind spirit, and devotion to her church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, Billy Flowers; parents Doyle Dees and Edna Jordan Dees; grandchild, Carrie Valentine; sisters, Ruth Bishop, Jean Walker and Ann Reeves.

Survivors include her sons, Steve Flowers (Debbie), Terry Flowers (Diana) and Kenny Flowers (Lucy); daughter, Kathy Hayes (Danny); grandchildren, Chad Flowers (Callie), Cody Flowers (Lauren), Austin Flowers (Tessa), Ashley Flowers, Adam Flowers (Nadja), Justin Cole (Jenna), Kendall Walters (Trevor), Kourtney Murphy (Matthew), Kristen Murphy, Kandace Martin (Justin), Katelyn Barnett (Shane), Kameron Flowers (Cameron); sister, Dorthy Toler; and 23 much loved Great-Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons Chad Flowers, Cody Flowers, Austin Flowers, Adam Flowers, Justin Cole, and Kameron Flowers.
