Pauline Marie Newcomb, aged 95, of the Rustin Community, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at her residence in Laurel, MS. Born on March 14, 1930, in Jones County, Mississippi, Pauline lived a full life surrounded by love and family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, O.K. Newcomb; her father, Charlie B. Wade; her mother, Gursie Lillie Moore Wade; her brother; her great grandsons, Justin Strickland and Joshua Strickland; her son-in-law, Donald Middleton; and her daughter-in-law, Shirley Newcomb.

Pauline is survived by her sons, Otis C. Newcomb and Billy Newcomb; her daughters, Peggy Strickland of Laurel, MS, and Annette Middleton; as well as a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren who will cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Ellisville Funeral Home, located at 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will follow at 11:30AM at Fairview Baptist Church in Laurel, Mississippi, with burial at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. David Williams will officiate the services. Arrangements are under the care of Ellisville Funeral Home.
