Paul Daniel Lewis, 76 of Ellisville, MS passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at his residence in Ellisville, MS. He was born Thursday, June 07, 1945 in Taylorsville, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 2:00 at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, MS. Burial will follow in Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Taylorsville, MS. Bro. Gary Parker and Carl Hankins will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797

Paul was a family man and loved doing with and for his family. He enjoyed coaching his sons and grandsons in baseball. He coached at Merchant's Park in Ellisville for many years. He touched the lives of many children through coaching baseball. He also loved hunting and fishing with his family and friends. He enjoyed putting up ladder stands and shooting houses. He also enjoyed bushhogging, discing, and planting food plots, getting ready to get that Big Buck.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Pearson Lewis; mother, Willa Learlean Green Lewis; brothers, Max Ray Lewis and Joe Sullin Lewis; sisters, Chassie Lee Walker, Mary Francis Reynolds and Mildred Jaquelyn Evans; granddaughter, Kerri Learlean Kelley.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years Patsy Lewis of Ellisville, MS; sons, Jamie Lewis (Sonya) of Moselle, MS, Shane Lewis (Angie) of Laurel, MS, Tim Westmoreland (Leah) of Ocean Springs, MS, Tony Westmoreland (Karrie) of Vienna, West Virginia, and Terry Westmoreland (Brandi) of Ocean Springs, MS; daughters, Paula Hill of Laurel, MS, Tressa Kelley of Sandersville, MS and Regina Lewis of Moselle, MS; sisters, Willa Jean Hankins of Laurel, MS and Annie Faye Johnson of Mize, MS; 34 Grand Children; 24 Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Lewis, Shane Lewis, Tim Westmoreland, Tony Westmoreland, Terry Westmoreland and Daniel Lewis.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chase Lewis and Dalton Lewis.
