Patty Jean Cooley, 91, of Ellisville, MS passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born Monday, July 13, 1931 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home on 1204 B. Ave, Ellisville, MS. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel. The burial will take place at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Ovett, Mississippi. Rev. Larry Shows and Rev. Mark Anderson will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Cooley Jr.; granddaughter, Dana Cooley  Jordan, parents, Ernest and Myrtie Runnels White and one brother, Eberdean White.

Survivors include her sons, Lanny Cooley (Pat) and Rickey Cooley; granddaughters, Angela Sharplin (Dwayne) and Jessica Cooley; grandson, Hunter Cooley; brother, Eugene White, sisters, Margaline Bramlette and Earnestine Emery; grandson in law, Tommie Jordan; Seven Great grandchildren and Four Great Great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Sulzer, Keith Jordan, Kirkland Sharplin, Chase Jordan, Dwayne Sharplin, and Tommie Jordan.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Cooley and Emmit Lewis.
