Nancy Elaine Jenkins, aged 75, of Pearl, MS, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Born on January 4, 1949, in Aurora, Colorado, Nancy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Mack Jenkins, her father, John Irvin Bass, and her mother, Jewel M. McCorquodale Bass.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Shannon Lee Jenkins of Pearl, MS, her son, Jacob "Jake" Michael Jenkins and his wife Jennifer of Madison, MS, and her cherished grandchildren, Rebecca Claire Jenkins, Matthew James Jenkins, and Clara Hutchison. She also leaves behind her brother, Ronald Bass and his wife Randy, and her sister, Carol Thompson and her husband Don, sister in -law, Mary Jane Bass, she is survived by a number of special nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, January 2nd 2025, at 1:00 PM at Ellisville City Cemetery, with burial to follow. Rev. Joey McLeod will be presiding over the services. Arrangements are being handled by Ellisville Funeral Home.

Nancy will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
