Myrtle “Wynell” Lott, born June 9, 1940, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. 

Raised in Ellisville, Wynell never met a stranger and loved striking up conversations with those around her. She loved spending time with her family and especially treasured her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family was a very important part of her life, and she created countless memories that they will carry with them for years to come. 

Wynell will be lovingly remembered by her family: Derek and Pat Lott; Doug, Karen, and Trey Lott; Don and Rhett Lott; John, Jennifer, Michael, and Bradin Lott; Linda Turk; Kyle, Mitzi, Zoey, and Lainey Johnston; Jacob, Megan, and Wesson Grantham; Josh, Haley, Hannah, Russell, and Lila Ladner; Clint, Vicky, Hartley, Magnolia, and Caroline Lott; and Jamie, Joseph, Allen, and Lee Lott. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clinton and Myrtle Beard; her infant son Barry Lott, her husband, James Lott; and her beloved grandson, Zeb Lott. 

Wynell will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her love for her family, her love of conversation, and the many memories she made with those around her will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Pallbearers will be Michael Lott, Kyle Johnston, Trey Lott, and Josh Ladner.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at Ellisville Funeral Home, located at 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 1:00PM at the same location, with burial at Ellisville City Cemetery. Bro. Jim Allen will officiate Arrangements are under the care of Ellisville Funeral Home.
