Morris E. "Butch" Plymale, Jr., 80, of Ellisville, MS, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born on May 15, 1944, in Jackson, Mississippi, Butch was a proud citizen of Ellisville and a true patriot who served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Katherine Shea Plymale, his second wife, Charlotte Smith McNamee Plymale, his son, Roger Plymale, and his parents, Morris Eldon Plymale, Sr. and Dorothy Jane Griffin Plymale.

Butch is survived by his son, Jason Plymale and his wife April, and his beloved grandchildren, Fisher Plymale, Dominik Plymale, and Carter Wiginton. He was a friend to many and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, with arrangements handled by Ellisville Funeral Home. The family extends their gratitude to Dr. Rogers, St. Josephs Hospice, and all his healthcare providers for their compassionate care.
