Maxine Ann Goldman, 72, of Ellisville, MS passed away Friday, September 16, 2022 at Comfort Care Nursing Center in Laurel, MS. She was born Sunday, January 22, 1950 in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home on 1204 B. Ave, Ellisville, MS. The funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM. Bro. Davy Fenton will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Goldman; mother, Louise Walters Williamson; brothers, Richard Goldman and Troy Goldman; sister, Teresa Goldman.

Survivors include her spouse, Gerald Young; daughters, Maya Mosley Purvis (Allen); Varina Mosley McCurley and  step-daughter, Kim Herrington Hudson (Robert);  brother, Thomas Goldman;  sisters, Helen Wilson (J.R.), Sherry Pedersen (Jens) and Susan Parker (Kenneth);  grandson, Pine Purvis (Kayla);  granddaughters, Piper McCurley, Oakley Purvis, Emma Hudson, Zoe Hudson and Faith Hudson;  great grandsons, Troy Seymour, Silas Seymour, Pine Purvis Jr. and Fowler Faircloth;  great granddaughters, Marina Purvis, Cypress Purvis, Arrow Purvis and Island Purvis.
