Mary Jane Rogers, aged 74, of Hattiesburg, MS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at her residence. Born on June 12, 1950, in Ellisville, Mississippi, Mary was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Willie Clifton Rogers, and her loving daughters, Angela Vaughn (Derek), Makella Rogers, and Chameshia Rogers. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Kewanna Vaughn, Keaira Vaughn, D`airrus Rogers, Kennedy Murphy, and Kamary Walker, as well as her great-grandchildren, Kassidy Wilson and Kaiden Yarrell. Mary is also survived by her brothers, Robert Lee Phillips (Shirley) and Shelby Phillips (Fannie), and her sisters, Earline Stewart, June Dantzler, and Teresa Lambert; very special nephew, Bruce Steele.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, James and Marine McGillberry Phillips, her brothers, James Phillips, Edward Charles Phillips, and Percy Lee Phillips, and her sisters, Kay Frances Anderson and Linda Marie Phillips.
