Mary Bridget (OFlynn) Kelly, 93, of Jackson, Mississippi, passed away Tuesday, October 09, 2018 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Graveside services will be held Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Ellisville City Cemetery. Father Mike Thornton will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was devoted to her catholic faith. She enjoyed raising her family, cooking, dressmaking, and quilting.

Mary was the only daughter of John and Vila OFlynn. She had ten brothers, 2 of whom survive her, Michael and Timothy OFlynn.

Mary was born in Laurel, MS, and married Charles E Kelly, in November of 1949. In 1955, they moved to Cedar Lake, IN, until 1963 when they moved their family to Country Club Hills, IL. They resided there until 1991, when they retired to Ellisville, MS. After the death of her husband in 1999, Mary moved to Jackson, MS with her daughters Beth and Karen Melissa, son in law Buddy, and granddaughter Lindsey.
She had a laugh and smile to remember. She never met a stranger. Mary could talk to anyone about anything, at any time. She had a terrific sense of humor.

Mary is survived by her children, Rick, Cathy, Beth (Buddy), Dorothy, and Karen Melissa; 3 granddaughters; 3 grandsons; 6 great granddaughters and 2 great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
