Marshall Curtis Pittman, 86 of Ellisville, MS passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024, at his residence in Lauderdale, MS. He was born Wednesday, November 17, 1937, in Montgomery, Alabama.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 9:00AM until 10:00AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 10:00AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Mack Brown Cemetery in Ellisville, Mississippi.  Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797.

Marshall served in the Navy and retired a Command Master Chief. He then went on to work for the IRS for 12 years before opening his own accounting business in Ellisville. He enjoyed fishing, the military, his grandchildren and taking pictures of everything he could. He brought a smile to everyone he met, especially the women and will be loved and missed greatly.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Fredna Ray Odom Pittman; daughters, Teresa Smith and Melinda Gregory; father, Denver Dickens; mother, Mable Pittman; step-father, Richard Pittman.

Survivors include his grandchildren, Jena Gregory (Glenn Caylor), Jason Gregory (Brittany) and Niccole Smith; brothers, Clarence Dickens and Dick Pittman; great grandchildren, Tommie Gregory, Paul Gregory, Makayla Rasberry, Layne Kirchhoff, Kinsley Rasberry, Hazel Gregory, Zaine Caylor, Nathan Ingram and Easton Ingram.

Pallbearers will be Jason Gregory, Tommie Gregory, Adam Buffalo, Glenn Caylor, Paul Gregory, and Matt Brashier.
