J. Mark Tucker, 57, of Ellisville, MS, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. Born on February 12, 1968, in Laurel, Mississippi, Mark was a beloved husband, father, son, and brother.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Diane Tucker of Ellisville, MS; his son, Derrick Meador; his mother, Ruby Dale Ezell Tucker; and his sisters, Marsha Lynn Sanderson, Wanda Annette Oden and her husband John, and Janet Carol Tucker. Mark was preceded in death by his father, James Halton Tucker.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at First - Trinity Presbyterian Church, located at 500 N Fifth Ave, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will follow at 3:00PM at the same location, with Dr. Parry Bridges officiating. Burial will take place at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Ellisville, MS. Arrangements are being handled by Ellisville Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Ed Vines, Stephen Sanderson, Tripp Crocker, Justin Oden, Tolbert Hines, Mark Griffith, Lyon Herrington, and Tony Hession.

Mark will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the love he shared with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
