Lee Ann Clayton Walters, 59, of Ellisville, MS, passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Born on October 11, 1965, in Laurel, Mississippi, Lee Ann was a devoted caretaker, loving mother, and passionate animal rescue rehabilitator.

She is survived by her daughter, Jordan Walters; her mother, Diane Walker Smith and stepfather Dwight; her sister, Allison DeWitt and brother-in-law Mike; her brothers, Bruce Smith and Bryan Smith; her sister, Angela Smith; her nephew, Walker DeWitt; her nieces, Natalie DeWitt, Bethany Smith, Emily Wilkerson, Lindsey Smith and her mother-in-law, Debbie Farrish. Lee Ann was preceded in death by her father, E.T. 'Buster' Clayton, and her grandparents, Fred and Frances Walker, Leonard and Carolyn Clayton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 9:30AM until 10:30AM at Ellisville Funeral Home, located at 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will follow at 11:00AM at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Laurel, MS, with burial at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi. Bro. Matt Olsen will officiate the services. Arrangements are under the care of Ellisville Funeral Home.

Lee Ann will be remembered fondly by her family and friends, who will serve as pallbearers. Her legacy of love and care for both her family and animals will continue to inspire those who knew her.
