Karen Sue Richards, 65 of Ellisville, MS ran into the arms of Jesus on Monday, August 21, 2023, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. She was born Friday, January 10, 1958, in Piqua, Ohio. She was a lover of animals – specifically her cats and pug, Franklin; her family; and spending time outdoors in the sunshine.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Mississippi. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 2:00PM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi.  Brother Keith Thompson will officiate. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Maurice Daub and Rosemary Schaffer Daub; sisters, Linda Alderton and Diane Daub; her father-in-law, Paul Richards; and mother-in-law, Faye Richards.

Survivors include her husband, Tim Richards; son, William Chambers; daughter, Brittany Richards (Blake Tisdale); granddaughter, Emma Faye Tisdale; and grandson, Austin Chambers; sisters, Carol Castro, Debra Crozier, Cindy Daub.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to any animal shelter of your choice.
