Karen Corine Howell, 59 of Ellisville, MS passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. She was born Monday, March 9, 1964 in Canoga Park, California.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 9:30AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her son, John Isaac Howell; mother, Jane Beulah Spell Funderburk.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Michael Howell; sons, Seth Michael Howell and Nathan Joshua Howell; father, Amos Carl Funderburk, Jr.; brothers, Olin Carl Funderburk (Leigh) and Joe Funderburk (Denise); sister, Kristi Funderburk.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
