Joe David Folkes, 66, of Seminary, Mississippi, passed away, Saturday, July 31, 2021 in Ellisville, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, August 24, 1954 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Joe served his country faithfully in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Izette Folkes, his daughters mother, Cheryl Folkes, and his brother-in-law, Tommy Mixon.
Survivors include his daughters, Charlotte Folkes and Brenda Foster, his brother, Willis H. Folkes (Janet) and sister, Martha Mixon.
