Jerry Daniel McRae, 75, of Waynesboro, Mississippi, died Tuesday July 23, 2019 at Columbia Rehab & Health Care in Columbia, Mississippi. He was born Monday, December 20, 1943 in Waynesboro, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home and the Burial will follow in Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery in Laurel, MS. Bro. Michael Street and Bro. Steve Smith will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 477-3797.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Anita McRae; father, Melvin McRae; mother, Laverne McRae; brother, David McRae; sister, Liz Sims.
Survivors include his daughters, Lisa Lynn Kirby, Sherry Ann McRae, Myrtle Lee McRae, and Theresa Brading; son, Shawn Nichols; sister, Linda Stevens (Billy); brothers, Charlie McRae (Judy), and Buddy McRae; 8-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Anthony McRae, Shawn Nichols, Jonathan Stevens, and Justin Phillips.
