Jenny Lynn Pittman, of Ellisville, departed this imperfect world on her way to Heaven that we all hope to one day see January 12, 2025, at the Merit Health Wesley following a brief illness.

She was born in Sandersville and graduated from Sandersville High School, Jones County Junior College and the University of Southern Mississippi. She enjoyed working in her yard and doing handwork, particularly sewing and crochet. She especially enjoyed presenting pieces of her work to friends and family members. An afghan she once crocheted for a Sandersville HS Reunion is on display in the Sandersville Civic Center.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tom Pittman, and her parents, Ramsey Lightsey and Estelle Williams Lightsey. Survived include her daughter Lisa Windham (Thad), and sons Jeff (Jennifer) and Fred (Brenda) and numerous extended family.

Graveside services held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Ellisville City Cemetery in Ellisville, Mississippi, with burial to follow. The service will be officiated by Bro. Wayne Johnson, and arrangements are being handled by Ellisville Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Hatten Brownlee, Hanson Brownlee, Weylon Windham, Tim Hargrove, Raymond Davis and Roy Parker. Honorary pallbearers will be longtime family friends Martin "Popcorn" Beech, Vanoy Graham and Billy Fennel.
