Jason Douglas Holloway, 44, of Lubbock, Texas, died Sunday in Lubbock, Texas. He was born Monday, January 2, 1976 in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 19th, from 1:45 until 2:00 pm at the Ellisville Cemetery near the grave of Joe M. Walters.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm; burial to follow.
Vernon Terrell will officiate.
Jason spent most of his childhood in Starkville, MS and Baldwin County, Alabama. He worked at WW AFCO steel in Lubbock, TX. He was a wonderful husband and father, a hard worker, and loved to fish with his grandfather, Joe M. Walters. He also loved teaching his young daughter, Joleigh to fish.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Mary Gay Holloway and
Joe M. Walters.
Survivors include his grandmother Juanice Walters, wife, Amanda, daughter Joleigh, father, Harry Holloway. mother, Brenda Walters Holloway, sister, Shanda Holloway Leggett, and brother, Scott Holloway, a nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be cousins, Al Holloway, Dek Terrel, Doug Holloway, Sean Holloway, Ethan Chancellor, Matthew Adamo, Steven Chancellor, Conner Chancellor, Andrew Adamo and Eli Chancellor.
Due to COVID 19 Pandemic, The Family welcomes but does not encourage attendance at services, or travel from out of town.
