James Tullos, 87, of Ellisville, MS passed away Monday, January 9, 2024 in Tupelo, Mississippi. He was born Friday, October 9, 1936 in Dixon, Mississippi.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Jordan Cemetery in Ellisville, Mississippi. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797

James was a proud graduate of Mississippi State University where he received his degree in Engineering. He also worked as a local insurance agent since the mid 1970's. James was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Tullos; father, James Wilburn Tullos; mother, Eloyce Webb Tullos.

Survivors include his son, Kyle Tullos (Buddy Wiltcher); daughter, Laura Butler; grandchildren, Bess Butler (Matt Wombacher) and Lee Butler; sister, Wanda Wright.
