Ivy Lauren Elkins, 31, of Ellisville, MS passed away Friday, March 10, 2023 at her home in Ellisville, MS. She was born December 2, 1991 in Hattiesburg, MS.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home on 1204 B. Ave, Ellisville, MS with the Funeral services to follow at 2:00. Bro. Justin Holifield will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797

Ivy was a true friend and a hard worker. Her dog, Winston, brought her so much joy, and she never missed an opportunity to love on her niece and nephew. Watching tv and fishing were her favorite things to do with her mom and dad, and she loved going out to eat with her sister and friends. Despite her mental disabilities and Type 1 Diabetes, she loved life and loved her friends and family fiercely. We'll forever miss Ivy's infectious smile and dimples.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Steve White and Howard Myrick and her great grandparents, Hazel White, Ralph Miller and W.E. Elkins.

Survivors include her parents, Andy and Brandi Elkins; sister, Dru Culpepper (Jerod); niece, Andi Claire Culpepper; nephew, Asa James Culpepper; grandparents, Bill Elkins, Rosemary Myrick, June and John Crowder; great grandmother, Nina Miller; aunts, Richie Malone (Sidney), LeeAnn Petite (Leon), Randa Fischer; uncle, Andy Huffman as well as her beloved dogs, Winston and Elk. She is also survived by a host of special friends and cousins.
