Ida M. Folks, 90, of Ellisville, Mississippi, died Sunday March 3, 2019 in Ellisville, Mississippi. She was born Wednesday, July 4, 1928 in Jones County, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Friendship Baptist Church and the Burial will follow in Mack Brown Cemetery. Bro. Johnny Bryant and Bro. Josh West will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 477-3797.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Folks; granddaughters Roxanne Pitts, Shelly White and Teresa Folks; father, William Phillips; mother, Ida Phillips; grandson, Gene Gray.
Survivors include her sons, Richard Folks and Ronald Folks (Juanita); daughter, Phyllis Gray (Thomas Eugene); 7- grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 6 - great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Josh West, James Gray, Brian Folks, Dakota Folks, Danny Jones, and Roy West.
