Hylma Odessa Gant, 85, of Seminary, MS, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Comfort Care Nursing Center in Laurel, Mississippi. Born on Tuesday, September 24, 1940, in Stewart, Mississippi, she lived a life full of love and dedication to her family.

She is survived by her sons, Hal Buker of Ellisville, MS, and Paul Buker; her brother, Sonny Nail and his wife Donna; and her sister, Jenny Yeager. Hylma was preceded in death by her father, Sewell Nail; her mother, Hylma Gordon Nail; her brother, Jerry Nail; and her sister, Janice Nail.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM at Ellisville Funeral Home, located at 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 AM at the same location, with burial at Lott Cemetery in Seminary, MS.
