Gregory Wendell Pitts, 56, of Soso, Mississippi, passed away, Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was born Saturday, February 20, 1965 in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jimmy Hood will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Greg was a jack of all trades that loved to repair small engines. He could fix anything he put his hands on. Greg loved spending time with his family. He also enjoyed fishing on Big Creek. Greg was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Pitts, his brother, Randy Dwayne Pitts and his niece, Kinsey Williamson.

Survivors include his father, George Pitts, his brothers, Tim Pitts, Randy Pitts, Michael Pitts (Christy), and his sister, Missy Pearce (Jon).

Pallbearers will be Tim Pitts, Randy Pitts, Michael Pitts, Jon Pearce, John Randall Pitts and Billy Johnson.
