Grady Earl West, 76 of Laurel, MS passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. He was born Sunday, August 15, 1948 in Jones County, Mississippi.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 3:00PM at Erata Cemetery in Laurel, MS. Burial will follow in Erata Cemetery in Laurel, MS. Steve Holloway will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home of Ellisville is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lihue West; mother, Gladys West; brothers, Howard West, Paul West; sister, Helen Welborn.

Survivors include his son, Shane Whittig; brothers, Don L. West (Faye) and Leon West (Judy); sisters, Charlotte Saul (Melton) and Becky Stewart (Gary); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tracy West, Jerrod West, DeLena Wade, Ken Ervin, Ricky Windham, and Barry Saul.

Honorary pallbearers will be Melton Saul, Paul Trice, Donice Hutto, Jared Saul and Clifford Welborn.
