George Jay Bullock, 59 of Soso, passed away at his residence, June 4, 2020.
Mr. Bullock worked in the oilfield and was a self- employed mechanic who specialized in transmissions. He was a loving Husband, Father, Papaw and Pop pop. He loved kayaking and spending time with his family.

He was proceeded in death by his Grandparents, Mr and Mrs J.V. Walters of Laurel, Tony and Marie Williams, of Laurel, George Eldridge Bullock of Escatawpa, George Jerry Bullock of Laurel, Mother Patricia Walters Rogers (John) of Laurel and a host of Aunts and Uncles.
Jay is survived by his wife of seven years Kathy Bullock of SoSo, two daughters Allie Bullock (Ashley) of Long Beach and Polly Myrick (Corey) of Sandersville. One son George Jerimy Bullock (Jessica) of SoSo. Three grandchildren Owen Scott Bullock, Collin Bear Bullock and Emma Marie Myrick. Two sisters Pam Blackledge (Stan) of Myrick, Joan Morgan (Ray) of Glade. Two brothers Timothy Bullock (Diane) of Myrick and Bryan Bullock-Rogers of Glade. With a host of nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Jay's life was held at Boga Homa Lake on Sunday June 14, 2020.
