Dorothy Joyce Hegwood, 80 of Ellisville, MS passed away Friday, June 16, 2023, at Comfort Care Nursing Center in Laurel, Mississippi. She was born Thursday, December 31, 1942, in Mobile, Alabama.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023, from 9:00AM until 9:30AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in 1204 Ave. B, Ellisville, Mississippi. A Graveside service will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023, at 10:00AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Ellisville, Mississippi with burial to follow. She was preceded in death by her father, James Walters; mother, Rada Dykes Ishee; sister, Shirley Trotter.

Survivors include her son, Bobby Graves; daughter, Annette Graves; grandchildren, Johny Johnson (Ashley), Brandon Graves and Bobby Graves (Teaghan); great grandchild, Ezra Johnson.

Pallbearers will be Bill Robinson, Raymy Johnson, and Charles Graves.
