Donna Kay Phillips, aged 71, of Ellisville, MS, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, surrounded by her family at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. Born on August 20, 1953, in Mississippi, Donna was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished her family deeply.

She is survived by her sons, Tre Phillips and Toby Phillips; her daughter, Carmen Sumrall and her husband Mitch; her grandchildren, Tate Sumrall and his wife Alex, Amber McRee and her husband Malichi, and Wyatt Norwood; and her great-grandchildren, Phoenix McRee and Josie Sumrall. She also leaves behind her brother, Mike Clark and his wife Belinda, and her beloved companion of 35 years, Lee Carroll.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, William Clark; her mother, Betty Jenkins Rayburn; and her sister, JoAnna McCormick.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 11:00AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi, with Curtis Pitts officiating. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 9:30AM until 11:00AM at the same location. Burial will follow in Ellisville City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Donna will be remembered for her loving nature and the joy she brought to her family and friends.
