Donna G. DeFatta, 64, of Ellisville, MS, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. Born on December 31, 1959, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Donna was a beloved member of her community.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andy DeFatta, and her parents, Saint Elmo Steelman, Jr. and Gaynell Johnson Steelman.

Donna is survived by her son, Chad Baker and his wife Alycia, and her daughter, Jill Nicholas and her husband Tim, who reside in Ellisville, MS. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Logan Nicholas, Conner Nicholas, and Drew Nicholas, as well as her beloved fur babies, Remington and Ace. Her brothers, Scott Steelman and his wife Karen, and Danny Steelman and his wife Donna, also survive her.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM at Pine Grove Cemetery. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Ellisville, Mississippi. The services will be officiated by Bro. Bruce McKenzie, with arrangements handled by Ellisville Funeral Home.

Donna will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
