Debra Lynn Blackledge, 66, of Laurel, Mississippi, died Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in Laurel, Mississippi. She was born Sunday, January 31, 1954 in Gadsden, Alabama.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Journey Church in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 8, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Journey Church and burial will follow in Blackledge Cemetery. Bro. Robby Johnson will officiate. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen Ray and Una Vae King.

Survivors include by her husband of 42 years, Kenneth Blackledge, daughters, Shona Whitfield (Tracy), Dara Ishee, grandchildren, Lindsey Lee, Morgan Morales (Caleb), Zoe Ishee, Grayson Whitfield, great-granddaughter, Allyn Morales, sister, Brenda Prine, brother, Daniel King (Dorothy) and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Gary Walters, Billy Montgomery, Mike Lightsey, Bruce West, Charlie Garretson and Rickey Smith

Honorary pallbearers will be Clifton Herrington, Robert Horton, Stacey Walters and James Hinton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Ochsner Health Foundation or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
