Deborah Wison Holifield, 73 of Soso, MS passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born Sunday, June 18, 1950, in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, from 9:00AM until 10:00AM at Big Creek Baptist Church on 28 Big Creek Church Rd, Soso, MS. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 10:00AM at Big Creek Baptist Church in Soso, MS. Burial will follow in Our Home Cemetery in Ellisville, MS. Adam Sloan will officiate. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Holifield; father, Rex Wilson; sister, Marcia Wilson Boyd.

Survivors include her son, Kevin Holifield; daughter, Angie Gamble (Tim); mother, Doris Holifield Wilson; grandchildren, Tyler Gamble, Lauren Holifield, Zach Holifield, Coby Holifield, Jade Holifield, Josie Gamble and Blake Holifield; brother, Richard Wilson (Cindy); great grandchildren, Kellin East, Mia East, Baylor Holifield and Bentley Ekes; nieces, Gina Mixon (Steve) and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Tim Gamble, Zach Holifield, Steve Mixon, Garrett Mixon, Blake East, and Darrian Ekes.
