David Ray Gainey, 72, of Ellisville died Friday January 1, 2021 at Landmark Nursing Home in Collins, Mississippi. He was born Monday, March 29, 1948 in Laurel, MS.

He was a millwright and he was retired from Masonite. He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Ray and Bethel Gainey. Survivors include his wife; Ellen Gainey, son; Allen (Kim) Gainey, and two brothers and three sisters. No services will be held at this time.
