Charles Vernon Landrum, Sr., 83, of Ellisville, MS, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at his residence. Born on September 5, 1941, in Laurel, Mississippi, Charles lived a full and cherished life.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry A. Leach Landrum, his father Vernon C. Landrum, his mother Berma Blackledge Landrum, his grandchild Joshua D. Landrum, and his sister Linda Langston Wilson.

Charles is survived by his son, Charles V. Landrum, Jr. and wife Julia; his daughter, Sandra Landrum Manning and husband James; his step-son, Jim Taylor and wife Catrina; his step-daughter, Alyson Thompson and husband Keith; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will all miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home, located at 1204 B Ave, Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the same location. Burial will take place in Lake Park Hills Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
