Brenda Joyce Hutto, 71 of Laurel, MS passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in Mendenhall, MS. She was born Monday, June 9, 1952, in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at Mill Creek Church in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 07, 2024, at 3:00PM at Mill Creek  Church with burial to follow in Mill Creek Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi. Bro. Bill Myers and Bro. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Wayne Hutto Sr.; parents, Harold and Lena Walters Johnson; great-grandchild, Ida Lucille Landrum.

Survivors include her son, Teddy Hutto (Melissa ); daughters, Mae Lena Rainey (Chris ) and Trina Brownlee; grandchildren, Tayler Pipkins (Brody), Morgan Hall (Justin), Summer Hutto, Harley Hutto, Destiny Walters, Kaleb Walters, Joshua Walters, Landon Rainey, Taygan Rainey, McKenna Ann Rainey, Waylon Rainey and Macee Rainey; brother, Thomas Johnson (Sharon); sister, Patricia Eddy (James);  great grandchildren, Brylee Hall, Ember Hall, Ari`yah Walters, Ember Walters and Ace Walters; niece, a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Teddy Hutto, Landon Rainey, Justin Hall, Terry Seals, Gage Peacock, and Brian Maskew.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Rainey, and Mann Broadhead.
