Bobby Dale Blasingame, 75 of Ellisville, MS passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024, at the University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. He was born Monday, August 8, 1949, in Galena Park, Texas.

Bobby passed quietly on Saturday right after a long illness. He was surrounded by his family. Bobby was a beloved son, husband, and father.

He loved his family and most of all the Lord. He was an Ordained Baptist Minister whose compassion was a true gift to all who met him. Much of his free time was spent with his kids and grandchildren. He was a proud dad and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Blasingame; daughter, Elizabeth Howse (Chris); father, Gene Blasingame, Sr; mother, Leatha Blasingame; sister, Loretta Bailey

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Elwanda Blasingame; sons, Kirby Post, Daniel Blasingame; daughters, Anna E Blasingame and Megan Blasingame; brothers, Gene Blasingame, Jr and Larry Blasingame; grandsons, Caleb Dreyer (Chloe) and Thomas Howse; great grandchildren, Corbin Post and Kip Post.
