Billie Lee Perkins Ratcliff, 70, of Laurel, MS, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at her residence in Ellisville, MS. Born on October 10, 1955, in Covington County, Mississippi, Billie was a beloved mother, grandmother, and an avid animal lover. She spent most of her life in Jones County and was a dedicated employee of Community Bank for 32 years, where she formed many lifelong friendships. Her positive spirit, sense of humor, and cheerful demeanor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Billie was preceded in death by her father, William E. Perkins; mother, Carma Lee Perkins; brother, Andrew Perkins; and brother-in-law, Bryan Magee. She is survived by her daughter, Kasey Moody (Wayne), grandchildren; Ethan Jensen, Austin Moody, Hunter Moody, and Annah Moody, and her sister, Deborah Magee, and host of nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, no service will be held. Arrangements are under the care of Ellisville Funeral Home.
