Barbara Lynnett McLaurin, 61, of Ellisville, MS passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. She was born Monday, August 14, 1961 in Laurel, Mississippi.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Ellisville, MS. Bro. Roy Crouch will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-477-3797

Lynnett was a nurse for over 20 years. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts with her girls and singing with the gospel group "Hearts Desire". She also enjoyed going on trips with her high school sweetheart, Howard. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Lynnett was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Barbara Ezell.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, William Howard McLaurin; son, Jonathon McLaurin (Jessica); daughters, Jennifer Landrum (Michael) and Jill McLaurin (Jonathan Mizell); grandsons, Brock Landrum, Jordan Landrum and Cooper Landrum; granddaughters, Gray McLaurin and Blakely McLaurin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the BEAMS Bible ministry through Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
